'Good breakfast. Polite staff. However there was difficulty communicating with them over issues like laundry, airport shuttle and other things. I got a room that was very staffy and with no windows whatsover. There was also some heckling when it cae to check out time. I made known my special circumstances but the staff was inconsiderate'

'If I am not staying at a friend's house... I stay here 5 times out of the year when I'm in Addis, This place feels like home with the great customer service and the comfy rooms.
It's in a great location to all the hip and happening places to be there in Bolé.'
