The option for self-check-in was very convenient and allowed us to arrive late without any issues. It's the perfect base to explore Bilbao and the surrounding area while staying outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended!'

'Hemos estado de lujo, las camas comodísimas, el personal excelente, las unstalaciones, muy cerca de Donosti, Hondarribia, Getaria, Zarautz, Zumaia, desde Orio puedes ir en tren que es muy cómodo. Lo único es que se oye todo entre las habitaciones. Luego el trato con otros huéspedes ha sido genial y mis hijos han hecho nuevos amigos. '

'The room was large with a couch and a double bed. When we arrived it was a bit cold, but we booked only an hour earlier so I understand. The room itself was pretty noisy with the wooden floors and thin walls. And especially when the neighbours were 'enjoying themselves' later that night. '
