'College Hill was perfect for our stay, exactly where we wanted to be and so comfortable and welcoming. Both the inside and outside were fabulous -- the bedding and bathroom stood out inside and the patio was relaxing and inviting (and made me wish we had something like it at home).'

'There was no hot water. We came down to Eugene for a concert and our plan was to get ready at the home before the show. To our dismay, we found out there was no hot water and were forced to use a teakettle for warm water. We were in a rush to get to the show so we didn’t get a chance to reach out to the host immediately but did contact them later. I never heard back about our concerns. We spent nearly $400 for a one night stay And we’re very disappointed at the overall appearance of the home...

'The cottage is utterly charming, an incredibly well stocked kitchen with everything one could wish for in a vacation rental. Also, as advertised the linens are deluxe! We hope to return.Cynthia and Max'
