'An unexpected upgrade was a delight. The room was amazing. Wall length desk. Couch and chairs. Refrigerator. Large video screen. Jacuzzi!! Walk in shower. Temperature control kept the room at selected ambiance by Bluetooth! Tech was great. Had dinner and was impressed with the kind service. No wine, so we went across the street to a beat western restaurant. They arranged transfer from airport and back again. Nice!'

'Terrible place, claim to have 2 reastaurants, they dont. Food can be ordered at the lobby, and is delivered by a take away restaurant. The food is placed on a plate and thats it.. At 3x the price from the take away. There are a few tables and chairs in the lobby where you can eat. Its a joke. The shuttle bus they claim to have isnt theirs they order it from the airport. 'Great service from this hotel. I had an issue with a taxi driver who charged me too much. They helped me solve this problem and called police. The driver lost his job. The hotel made me pizza at night with pastries and tea.'
