'Great service from this hotel. I had an issue with a taxi driver who charged me too much. They helped me solve this problem and called police. The driver lost his job. The hotel made me pizza at night with pastries and tea.'

'Terrible place, claim to have 2 reastaurants, they dont. Food can be ordered at the lobby, and is delivered by a take away restaurant. The food is placed on a plate and thats it.. At 3x the price from the take away. There are a few tables and chairs in the lobby where you can eat. Its a joke. The shuttle bus they claim to have isnt theirs they order it from the airport. 'We very much liked the hotel and its facilities. Our rooms were clean and quiet, the service by the staff was very good. They were very friendly. We especially would like to mention Yigit, Baran and Beyza, who served us very well in the restaurant.'

'Handig hotel airside. De kamer zelf is alleen om te slapen, werken moet je zittend op bed doen en dat gaat dus niet. Wel koelkastje, geen koffie op kamer helaas. De prijs is belachelijk, maar er zijn weinig opties in de buurt.'
