'After the horrendous stay at doubletree, we decided to stay at Shangri-la again. The check-in was a little finicky but overall the hotel was great. Rooms are clean, smell fresh and the bed is awesome. Food was great and the cleaning personnel are very friendly. We also decided to try the spa out, the staff were friendly although the receptionist there tried to up sell us for more stuff (which didn't work). I recommend this hotel and will be back soon for another stay! '

'We absolutely loved this hotel and everything about it. We stayed in the Ajwa for our five year anniversary and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. It's luxurious, new and on a very good location. For breakfast I was surprised we got a buffet breakfast and not traditional Turkish breakfast I was hoping for. Also, we did not get Molton Brown amenities. I read it in another review, but they do not have it anymore.'
