Breakfast is good and delicious in the fancy breakfast room. Nice staff (housekeeping as well as at the reception). Free Parking at the front (or behind) of the hotel. Public transport is around the corner. '

'The hotel has a beautiful old entrance and is situated right outside of the city center close to a parking garage. The breakfast selection was big and you could also order eggs or waffles.
We even got a free upgrade from classic to deluxe.
The only downside of the hotel would be the shower. It is a bath/shower combination so the shower is quite low and not as convenient as a regular shower. '

'Fine stay in a junior suite. The remark at checkin that an upgrade we were entitled to was not available and then was compensated with a free drink was a kind of cheapo. Some, minor, things we missed we will comuncate with the hotel other then there was no climate control in the room. The heath was on or off, Regulating the temperature by opening or closing the windows while heavy roadworks are going on is no picnic. But then again it was compensated with another free drink😉. Luckily not all...

'The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations...

'Virkelig et lille dejligt hotel i et dejligt stille område men stadig tæt på det hele. Super hyggelige morgenmads/loungeområde. Rigtig dejlig morgenmad. Vi var specielt vilde med, at man kunne lave sin egen friskpressede appelsinjuice og koge sit eget æg. Om eftermiddag/aftenen er der hj.lavet icetea, vand, crosssainter og popcorn til fri afbenyttelse. Værelserne er rigtig fine. Det eneste vi kunne ønske os er, at vi kan skrue længere ned for temperaturen på værelset. Der var rigtig varmt. '

'Résidence très bien située , proche des commerces et de la zone piétonne Appartement 1chambre spacieux .Il manque peut être un peu de vaisselle ( il n y a que pour 1 set par personne ) Terrasse agréable dans la résidence .
Le seul point faible est le parking pas tout proche surtout avec les bagages , car le tram passe devant la résidence et donc impossible de s arrêter devant . Sinon personnel sympa .Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour '

"Hotel is advertised with valet parking, but there is none. They have 7 parking spots and then you have to drive to the nearby parking garage. Walking with your big suitcases through the city. Not 5 star worthey. And the garage is only suitible for smaller cars. I booked 3 nights and had to go in and out the garage 12 time, damaging 3 of my wheels wich will cost me serious money to repair. So all the platforms and websites stop advertising this hotel with valet parking, there is none. 4 star hotel max. The food in the restaurant was not 5 star hotel restaurant worthy. Room was good and clean."

"De mensen zijn superaardig. Het hotel is een beetje oud, maar de kamer was keurig schoon. Op onze verdieping wordt duidelijk gerookt, waardoor de gang naar rook stinkt."

"What I loved most about the place is very friendly and helpful staff. I got a welcome present for the holiday season and there was mulled wine available 24/7 at the reception. With windows closed, the noise from the railway is practically unperceivable. It was nice to have a kitchen as well. The installations, however, need renovation and refurbishment and the rooms could be cosier and more welcoming as they currently feel like a dorm or a hospital. All in all, a fair price-quality relationship and it's also well situated, so can recommend."
