'It makes me sad to leave this beautiful, peaceful place. The Kahala is certainly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at—at least recently. From the valet staff to the front desk to the servers and housekeepers, the Kahala provides excellent and friendly service. 'Property is in great condition, clean, internet worked well, comfortable room (Tapa tower), lots to do, right on the beach, all staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Definitely recommend this hotel although I must mention that it is a very busy hotel so expect all pools to be full of children if going during a summer vacation. Overall, great experience! '

'The property has quick access to the highway, to groceries and drugstores, local food joints and public transportation. The beds are really soft, I recommend not using pillows if you need additional support for your back, unless it is under your knees. The gym was very clean, simple but functional and on the same floor as the mezzanine quiet area and had a UV purified water dispenser. The breakfast was amazing every morning and the kitchen staff was full of the Aloha spirit, smiles and greetings...

'Great location, good amenities, beachtowels for the beach and free rental beachchairs and umbrellas. Nice pool, coolest bar in waikiki (Tiki's) and nice views from the rooms. Keana from the reception was a great help. She worked nightshifts when we arrived and gave us a nice room. Only one issue for us, the elevators can be slow. Sometimes it takes a while to get to your floor. Would recommend and would come back. Mahalo! '

'We stayed at the twin fin during our visit to honolulu. Location is briliant. Very close to the beach. Pool is ok. A bit small but perfect for cooling down. Also enough beds available. The beqch rental they provide ( for which you pay resort fee) is also very convenient. If you have the choise take ocean view room. We had city view on the 5th floor which meant no view no seats on the balcony. '

'This was our first time in Waikiki and we were very happy with the hotel! It's a bit old and outdated, but we got everything we needed: comfortable bed, clean sheets, WiFi, mini fridge, microwave and valet parking. What I loved the most was the staff! JR was delightful and the reception was amazing! Also the location is perfect! Close to the freeway and a 10 min walk to Waikiki beach. Will definitely come back next time! :) '
