'Stayed four nights and were blessed with great weather. Really quiet location but only a few miles off the dual carriageway. Easy access to Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Paignton with Goodrington being dog friendly and also not too far away. Accommodation itself was clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. Field beyond the garden was great for the dog and quiet lanes also good for early morning "walkies"! Happy to recommend! '

'The lodge was exactly as described. Surrounded by a large green garden and woodland and hedgerow. It is off the beaten track but this made it perfect for a quiet getaway. Waking in the morning to see a deer grazing was an absolute treat. Also got visited by a Pheasant as well as a very healthy looking fox!! A previous review mentioned some dodgy Wifi, but after bumping into the lovely owner of the property it got resolved, so absolutely no complaints at all. Did not go there for Wifi anyway!...

'The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.'

'This cottage was absolutely stunning. Spotlessly clean and finished to a high standard! Everything you could possibly need with beautiful furnishings, and comfy beds. Gorgeous bedding which links with the essence of the location. Would highly recommend and pksn to return !! Thank you Julie for a wonderful stay to help us mark a special birthday! '

'Amazing view! it does get really warm on a hot day though. We'll equipped kitchen, views from the bedroom but the shutters block out the light well for sleeping. At time of writing the check in time advertised was incorrect - they advertised 3pm but it was actually 5pm. Thankfully the place was ready early, but untill it's fixed on the website watch out. Would definitely visit again'
