'At no point was I informed that weekend housekeeping is only available upon request. Even after I checked back into both rooms again on Saturday, no one mentioned it.
I stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a room that was never vacuumed, never cleaned, the beds were never made, and the towels were never replaced. By Sunday I was so frustrated that I took the trash out myself. The only thing the front desk agent did was hand me clean towels, and she seemed completely unconcerned about leaving...

'After spending thousands of dollars at this hotel over the last year and a half staying once every month. I was told I can no longer book due to a soiled towel. I spoke with corporate and they stated to ignore and apologized but staff said the manager at the location is the one who gave orders to ban me. I've called him several times but he is never available. I ask if this was considered damage then why did I receive my full deposit back. staff had no answer. Highly disappointed.'

'This hotel serves its purpose, but nothing extra. It was quite noisy - the walls were paper thin. We could hear the alarm going off next door both nights we stayed there. Our keys were coded wrong and they locked us out of the room for our second night - which they did easily solve at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was simple, but adequate. Bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, eggs and bacon crumbles. Parking was the bonus here. Easy to park. Average room, nothing special, but would stay...
