'There’s roaches. Staff didn’t offer to give me a new room when I told them twice about it. The room and hotel itself is overall dirty/not clean. Service was ok. Asked for new sheets the first night, staff handed me the sheets for me to swap out myself- didn’t expect that either… They offered to just spray my room down with bug spray after I told them about the roaches the second time. Will not be going back.'
