'Everything was great from check in to check out. Although there was awful screaming from the pool area above normal kids playing I did call the front desk to ask they check on it and ask to quiet down. The child seemed in distress with his screaming. Within it stopped. Food was good and plenty of it'

'The bathroom needs a little help, there was no soap at the sink. They put the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower in a bad spot. The tub was slick and was like a bowl at the bottom (wasn't flat). They did have a very nice TV, which is a plus.'

'I need mobility access rooms, especially a roll in shower. This hotel offered that and had bars near the toilet.
The space around the bed and different parts of the room was large enough that I could very easily maneuver my walker.
The bed was very comfortable as was the chair and ottoman
My check in and check out were very smooth transactions. The gentleman at the front desk both times was very nice. And one of the employees even helped me with the door as I was pushing my walker loaded down...

Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

The overnight parking is a little pricey, but they took good care of our car and offered a speedy retrieval when needed.
