'The staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms looked newly renovated which was nice. The one thing I’d suggest they upgrade would be the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not appetizing at all, with the eggs being most likely from powdered eggs and the sausage just looked off. The coffee also needs an upgrade, it was being percolated into a plastic jug and poured into the serving carafe, which is a bit off putting. Other than that, a nice hotel with a great staff.'

'The entire place, check in office, elevator, hallways, and our room was very clean. Room was comfortable and quiet. Parking was tight and we had to park in an overflow lot next door but it was easy to get to.'

'The front desk was great,and I really liked her. She fixed most the issues expedia caused The beds how ever were not comfortable at all, and very noisy when you moved around on them. I worked at this hotel from 93-97. Not a lot has changed besides some paint on the walls. The beds were much better then. Oh and you can't use the damn pool anymore eithet the only reason I stayed.'

'All of the staff and attendants at the hotel made the stay an A++. Of course the building entry and rooms were efficiently decorated, fun and comfortable/nice. We would expect that from Hilton. 'You can tell the property is well maintained. The only problems I saw were in the bathroom. It needs a new fan. The bathtub needs a mat or a nonslip finish. And it would be nice to have a grab bar while showering. The sink also was not draining very well. Don’t get me wrong, it was very clean, nice employees, and a great location.'

'I only gave 3 stars, because of not feeling safe (our vehicle & bikes) because of the homeless doing drugs out on the street and walking through the hotel parking lot. No parking security. We checked out 4 days early out of our 5 day trip'

'They put me in a room where the shower was all peeling and had rust stains. It was also near the exit of the building so it was very loud ! And to make matters worse- a smoke alarm continued to go off in somebody’s room, very late at night, every 30 minutes or so for a very long time!! Why wasn’t that remedied by hotel staff immediately!?! Someone was supposed to be in the office all night long. When I complained about my night, upon checking out, the front office clerk didn’t even apologize...

'Our AC didn't function properly. Hallways could use a touch up on vacuuming. No yogurts at breakfast. Ice machine on level 3 out of service and lots of towels at the bottom of the only lobby machine working. Lobby/entry bathroom out of commission. Yikes, kind of a long list.'
