'The staff polite and helpful. Breakfast okay'

'Room was very clean. Staff was great. Parking and access to university very good'

'It was okay. No breakfast, the bed kind of sucked and the heater/ac was on a motion sensor. Overall it was okay. Nothing great.'

'The rooftop bar was an awesome way to unwind'

'The hotel is newly renovated, modern, and very clean. However, the room facing the road was a bit noisy due to traffic. The air conditioning unit also seemed a little outdated and was quite loud. Even though I set the temperature to 71°F, the room got so cold that I woke up in the middle of the night.'

'Location to major roads is good but also bad...makes for a lot of car noise and we were situated just about as close as we could be to the road. Maybe other rooms would be better, who knows. Random inebriated guy from room next door was wandering around asking to charge his phone in our car before we even had a chance to get into our room. Then later was seen putting his head in fountain. Loud neighbors at 2 AM. It was a UO game weekend, so maybe that's how it goes, but wasn't worth it to us to...

'Paper thin wall in between guest rooms. Had to call the front desk to have them quiet the room next door. Not just a TV but you hear literally everything form upstairs, hallway, etc. The housekeeping skipped cleaning our room. Good location and relatively clean hotel, but I ended up sleepless for multiple nights.'

'Loved this property, will definitely come back again.'

'What a nice room! Just needed a place to crash for the night but got there a little early and was delighted to find that we had a suite with a couch and kitchen table area. Was a great way to spend the evening catching up on work and just relaxing before another busy day! 5 stars...highly recommend!'

'The breakfast was great! There were all the things: bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, pancakes, cereals, breads and great juices and coffee. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were and that this hotel didn’t gouge us on the price while a home Duck’s game was in Eugene. I highly recommend this hotel. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was not working, but the pool was nice.'

'Friendly staff, clean rooms, and pretty good breakfast included!'

'Breakfast was nice. Room was not fancy but clean and comfy! Walking to the arena was sweet. Front desk staff was amazing! Both in person and on the phone.'
