'My husband took our 2 teen daughters to Lynn’s place this past week for 4 nights. It was spectacular! The views are incredible, and the sunsets were unbelievable. We sat several nights on the deck and just watched all the people walking and enjoying the coastline with their adorable dogs! The cottage is fully stocked and adorably decorated. The beds are SO comfortable! We will definitely be back, Encinitas is the coolest spot and a great place to see and visit the San Diego area! Thank you Lynn!'

'We totally enjoyed our stay in SC. Riki was a perfect host. Loved being in a neighbourhood, rather than a resort. Felt very safe, close to food, groceries, gas, beach, sunsets, relatives. Quiet neighbourhood, beautiful flowers, cacti everywhere. A variety of age groups, loved that. Great tv selection. Everything worked well, appliances, plumbing, etc. Great neighbours.'

'Overall, it was a fantastic stay at the Vista cottage. The cottage has ample space and is well outfitted for a lengthy stay. It is also located close to many north San Diego County attractions and was only 5 minutes from our son's place. It is minutes away from freeway access and shopping. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom had a full closet with plenty of space to hang clothes. The washer/dryer came in handy and there was plenty of towels/linens for your stay. All the appliances looked new...

'A very quaint property with a great backyard. The 2nd bedroom is not in the house but located in the garage. Some of the windows don't lock. With that said we loved our stay.'

'I usually stay at a nearby timeshare that gets rented out by the owners, but chose this place instead. Very glad I did. Communication was excellent with the owner/management. Waking up and propping myself up in bed and watching the ocean through the front siding glass door was incredible. Plus it has a front porch that we ate several breakfasts and meals. Beaches, restaurants, grocery, boutiques all just a few minutes' walk with a trolley stop nearby to take you all up and down the coast. The house is as promised in every way with everything you need for a SoCal getaway. The yard is worthy of arboretum status and provides wonderful birdwatching opportunities.
