'The cabin was very cozy and just what we needed. The hot and cold in the kitchen were switched but the owner gave us a heads up and was very attentive to anything we needed. Definitely loved this stay and will come back in the future.'

'This charming cottage was perfect for myself and 2 friends. The weather eas rainy but cleared for beautiful sunsets. We even saw Northern lights. If the temperatures were warmer we would of kayaked. We had fun playing games, doing puzzles and takjng a day trip to Alpena. I would rent this cottage again when the weather is warmer to kayak and play in the lake.'

'The cabin is clean and comfortable and located right next to Mitchell state park and in between lake mitchell and lake Cadillac. Pasty shop next door and burger king right in front. Place is in a peaceful spot even though businesses are very close. We would definitely stay again! Thank you'

'We stayed the week of July 15-22 and loved this property. We had 6 adults and our 2 granddaughters, ages 22 months and 15 months. The gigantic yard was perfect for the grandkids, and we had a pontoon and small fishing boat along, so we appreciated the dock. The house itself was very clean with an open floorplan, and stocked with coffee, dishwasher and laundry soaps, a high chair and pack n play, and many other necessities.
