Home was centrally located to drive to Portland or surrounding area and walking distance to fielders choice for ice cream or general dollar and even the pier. Would definitely rent this house again. 'This was as advertised and served the purpose of our family get away for New Years Holiday. Yes it was off season, and very quiet, but that was our desire. We have been to Old Orchard Beach during peak season and we wanted something different from that. Still plenty of tourist interests were open for us out-of-towners to enjoy.
