'For $50-60 this is just a fine hotel.
This is typical Chinese hotel, looks very nice, grounds outside are nice. It's not super updated but it's ok.
English is not their strong point.
Gym is not good but is good enough to get a work-out. Breakfast also fine but not strong on Western food, although they do have it.
This is not a 5 star but if you get upgraded room for $109 it is quite nice.
Make sure you request the most non-smoking room if you don't want your room to smell like...

'The WiFi was nonexistent except in the lobby right next to the desk. The hotel was pretty but the location is so out of the way. There is construction going on all around it. These conditions were less than ideal for a foreigner visiting for the first time. I ended up checking out on the same day and finding a hotel in the city. '
