'Everything was great but when I booked the room, and I made sure to double check, the checkout time was listed as 12 noon. At 10:55 am someone was knocking on the door saying checkout time was 11:00 am which would be standard. I explained what I saw on the website and the lady said ok, stay until 12 noon. After that as I showered was trying to get my clothes on and I got two more calls from a male telling me it was past 11:00 am. It was like borderline harassment.'

'The toilet was dirty but had a sanitized paper on it. Found hair in the shower so I can only assume it wasn’t clean either. Elevator seemed like it was going to breakdown any minute. Took the stairs the entire stay. Sheets seemed to be clean. Only two very small drawers to put clothes in and one was broke.'

'The staff gave our room key to someone else in the middle of the night. If we wouldn't have locked the top latch, they would have walked right in while we were sleeping! Then staffed called to ask us who WE were in the room they put us in. Completely unacceptable & scary. Our grandson was terrified the rest of the stay.'

'Wasn't able to check in because system was down. Would not help us find other accomodations. Kept saying they couldn't call me because they did not have my phone number. I had spoken to them 2 days before to confirm. Gave them my phone number. Left 3 woman sitting in a dark parking lot to try and find other accomodations. They said they had my room but could not check me in. Staff was rude . Trying to blame it on me.'

'This is my family's second stay here. Staff is always very friendly, from front desk to housekeeping staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well organized and of decent quality. Pool was clean but a little on the cold side. It was 100+ outside so it wasn't unwelcomed.'

'Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. 'The staff were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and professional. The room i stayed in definitely could use some attention to detail cleaning wise and some updates. The a/c unit did not work very well and the door definitely needed to be replaced. It stuck and the extra locks were non functioning. Over-all the stay was ok. If traveling back to that area I would stay again.'

'Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there'

'Property was clean. Not perfect but clean enough for a one night stay. Check in process was okay. Other than the front desk person trying to tell me my credit card was denied when he swiped for incidentals and me having to prove to him that it was approved by showing him my banking app that said transaction was approved. 'I did not stay at that hotel. It was nasty not clean. I don’t understand how people could rent the room being under remodel ring around the toilet bathtub disgusting room smelled blue tape around the windows cause they were being renovated. The person who checked me in was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever known, and his appearance was of a homeless man I walked in the room just to see if there were at least clean and walked right out. 'It was a cheap place to lay your head. That’s about as good as it gets. Girl at front desk was very friendly, l give her that. Hallways & stairs hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Rodent traps and cigarette butts littered the outdoor areas. Keycard security at entry doors were non-existent. Lots of unsavory looking cars in the parking lot. Elevator didn’t work one day.
