'The toilet was dirty but had a sanitized paper on it. Found hair in the shower so I can only assume it wasn’t clean either. Elevator seemed like it was going to breakdown any minute. Took the stairs the entire stay. Sheets seemed to be clean. Only two very small drawers to put clothes in and one was broke.'

'Everything was great but when I booked the room, and I made sure to double check, the checkout time was listed as 12 noon. At 10:55 am someone was knocking on the door saying checkout time was 11:00 am which would be standard. I explained what I saw on the website and the lady said ok, stay until 12 noon. After that as I showered was trying to get my clothes on and I got two more calls from a male telling me it was past 11:00 am. It was like borderline harassment.'

'This is my family's second stay here. Staff is always very friendly, from front desk to housekeeping staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well organized and of decent quality. Pool was clean but a little on the cold side. It was 100+ outside so it wasn't unwelcomed.'

'The staff were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and professional. The room i stayed in definitely could use some attention to detail cleaning wise and some updates. The a/c unit did not work very well and the door definitely needed to be replaced. It stuck and the extra locks were non functioning. Over-all the stay was ok. If traveling back to that area I would stay again.'

'Clean'

'(Most) Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and most everything worked (A/C, bathroom). My only small issues were: -loud neighbors (on the second night, a few people were running down the hallway shouting; on the first night, the connected room next to ours had their TV on loudly) -difficulty with connecting to the TV (that being said, I didn't ask the front desk for help) -reception was a little awkward/unwelcoming'

'This is middle of the road slightly above average for those in traveling sports. Stayed here with a 15yr old and felt comfortable.'

'Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either...

'The staff gave our room key to someone else in the middle of the night. If we wouldn't have locked the top latch, they would have walked right in while we were sleeping! Then staffed called to ask us who WE were in the room they put us in. Completely unacceptable & scary. Our grandson was terrified the rest of the stay.'

'Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there'

'very weak breakfast... no ice machine... screwed up our room keys.. young boy entered our room with his key... hallway smelled... really needs updated'
