'I paid £26 for the night, and felt like I overpaid.
Advertisement pictures are false. Maybe that room looked like this, once. Not any more. Stains on the walls, stank of cigarettes.
Bed looked like it's been slept in already. No towels provided. There was a kettle and some tea in the room, but no cups to make it in.
Shared toilet and bathroom, dirty, no soap, no shampoo.

'Terrible! Worst experience in a hotel ever!
The outside building and front look nice but it’s a facade. Our room was on the backside, you have to pass a trash area and an ugly fence to get there, feels like you are put behind in a shed somewhere. The stairs up to the room were dirty and worn out. A dirty cleaning towel lying next to our door. The whole room was worn out, paint coming of etc. The bathroom so small you couldn t use the sink when you had the door open. The shower was broken,...

'I like how my room 13 is well ventilated. The kitchen needs to be improved upon, especially the hygiene of the fridge. The fridge is just too dirty for me, with lots of stuff that isn't supposed to be in it. The hygiene of the toilet and bathroom can improved upon, as it's always a work in progress. Lastly there's no good kettle to boil water'

'First of all, there was no staff or anyone to welcome you. We reserved a room with a private bath, and when we arrived we had been assigned a different room with no private bathroom. The shared bathroom available was filthy and the linoleum was coming off the floor. The bedroom was dirty as well and the beds were like cots, horrible mattresses. We tried to reach property owner with no avail. They never responded to any of our inquiries. Within 15 mins, we booked a room at local hotel and left...

Pillows were old and tatty and we woke with neck ache
Was only one cup that was cracked , no spoons to make a drink , towel was tiny more of a hand towel
Bed had bits in and stain on quilt cover
Set of drawers had screws sticking out and no handles
The place was noisy and has drug gas calendars outside the front door
There was constant banging from upstairs
