'The entire building stunk like cigarettes, including our non-smoking room. We couldn’t get the smell out even with Febreeze.
The kind sized bed was super hard, like extra extra firm. Our shoulders were very sore in the morning.
The air conditioner did not operate correctly, and no matter how we set it, it stayed very cold and no additional blankets were in the room. Just one very thin blanket was provided other than the bedspread.

'Nice kitchenette. Clean. Would be great for family or slightly extended stay. Tv was is separate room so if one person wanted to stay up they could. Found receipts from previous guest in bedroom nightstand drawer but everything else seemed clean.'

'From the outside, it looks like a truckers motel. Right next to a truck stop. Duh. When I checked there was no one at the desk and access to the rooms was wide open. No interior security. The room itself was ok. Bathroom was eh. The shower was not very strong. The supplied soap and shampoo, dried my skin out terribly so.
The one shinning star in this was, I lost my room key and had to wake the host up after 1:30am. They did come and get me into my room and issued another key. Found...

'When you rent a hotel room you expect it to be cleaned daily unless otherwise told. It is utter nonsense to come back to your room and have it not clean and told that's the policy. We pay to have our room cleaned. You can ASK if we don't need it done, but the assumption is to clean. Anyone else tired of feeling like they need a lawyer to get anything done on the most basic level?'
