Welcome to Beau Soleil, a beautiful new home located in Great Exuma, Bahamas! Just 5 minutes from the airport. This stunning beachfront villa offers a fresh, coastal, and casual atmosphere, perfect for your dream vacation. With 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests, this spacious retreat is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking to experience the best of the Bahamas.

Upon arrival, you’ll be captivated by the panoramic views of the turquoise waters from the edge of the heated infinity pool. Relax and unwind in the in-water lounge chairs or on the ocean-facing daybed while sipping your favorite blender drinks from the outdoor bar and grill. The expansive private deck also features a sunken hot tub, perfect for soaking in the breathtaking views.

Inside the villa, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a large island that offers ample space for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, blender and more, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. The dining area, both indoor and outdoor, can comfortably seat 10 guests Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with space for the extended family and friends around the large island with views to the ocean.
This villa rental features 4 principal bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms with king beds, while the other 2 have 2 queen beds each, providing ample sleeping arrangements for everyone. Additionally, there are 2 smaller rooms, ideal for kids, with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a single full-size bed, respectively. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs, and the entire villa has air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay.

Stay connected with Starlink internet. Back up Power and water solutions can be an important feature on the island of Exuma, both available at Beau Soleil with a a Generac generator to power the house if any power outages, and back up water tanks to be switched on should there be an interuption is the city water supply. Enjoy connecting to Sonos stereo speakers with your favorite tunes. As for outdoor activities, Beau Soleil has an array of water toys for you to enjoy, including stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, body boards, and snorkeling gear. Amazing house and location. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. House is set up fantastic for a family trip. The outdoor space is second to none. You have your own piece of paradise on the beach. Highly recommend for family or friends trips.

BeauSoleil was a dream vacation! The prettiest house in the area. Best beach, best pool and hot tub and most fabulous water!! Couldn't have asked for a better location and Sam our host was super easy to reach and stopped by to give us a welcome tour. We spent two days boating but we also had 2 days to stay at the house and enjoy the amenities and the view. So happy we did! We made memories to last a lifetime! Can't wait to go back!

FABULOUS PROPERTY….. The Best Yet!

Beau Soleil, the owners, and the managers were the best we’ve experienced in the last five years with VRBO properties in Exuma and Eleuthera, Bahamas. This property was provisioned with absolutely Everything a family of seven adults and two teens could possibly need for a week in paradise. The property had a fabulous beach for booge board surfing and for snorkeling. The pool and huge deck, with ample, nice furniture meant we enjoyed the areas throughout the days! Rob, Karen, and Samantha were easy to communicate with and responded quickly, which we appreciated. It was simply The Best. Well worth the time, money and vacation days. Was part of this year’s two trips to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary!

Beautiful modern beachfront home

This is an absolutely beautiful home with all the modern conveniences. We especially appreciated the large bin of Beach toys and sports gear, our kids were out on the Boogie Boards riding the waves for hours. We also were very grateful for effective, working AC and high quality cotton bed linens as well as comfortable mattresses! Would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again! again

Favorite Getaway

This is our second time staying at Beau Soleil. Just as the first time, it was wonderful. We had 2 other families including our own, total of 9, and had more than enough space for sleeping (1 bedroom left empty). The property manager, Sam, is very responsive and easy to work with. We did use the provisions service provided by Sam. It is well worth it if you arrive late or on a day that the grocery store is closed. Check in/check out is seamless: just follow the provided instructions. We enjoyed a recommended private chef for a supper meal as well as breakfast. Both were phenomenal. Everything on the property is well maintained and cared for. Beds are comfortable and plenty of towels for both showering and beach are provided. We hope to be able to return and stay at Beau Soleil again some day!

Girls birthday Trip

Our stay was amazing! We literally felt like we stepped into paradise. The home was perfect for our large group of 9 & could have accommodated more. We only left the property one day for a boat ride and two restaurant experiences. The home had everything you needed to cook, lounge, swim and relax. We also had Chef Gavin come to the home to cook for us. We highly recommend him!We cannot wait to return to this spot soon!!

AMAZING - BETTER THAN THE PICTURES!

We travel an internationally fair amount and have been burned a handful of times on properties that do not equal the pics. That’s definitely not the case with Beau Soleil. It’s a 10. Every detail is great! Wonderful, secluded, private beach, all the toys, huge open kitchen and living, etc. please come enjoy this property!

Christmas at the beach

Our entire family spent the week of Christmas at this property. It was delightful in every way. The home and outdoor space was every bit as good as the photos portray. The indoor space is bigger than it looks, and the beds are top quality. We hired a chef to cook our dinners, which I recommend since there isn't a big selection of restaurants on the island. The property manager helped us find a great one. She was always easy to reach and communicate with. We hired a boat and captain for a day, who took us all around the harbor for six hours or so. We made several stops to snorkel and walk on the beaches. It was entirely worth it, and it worked well even when it's quite windy out. There are two 'big' supermarkets on the island where we found all the groceries and produce we needed. We also found several nice beaches within easy driving distance of the home when we wanted a change of scenery. Cocoplum beach to the north has a nice sandbar during low tide, and there is a long beach with incredibly soft sand just to the south of the road going to the airport (look for the parking area next to the giant and colorful EXUMA block letters). A rental car is a must. One thing we kept marveling about is how few people there are on the island and its beaches, even during high season. We were entirely pleased with our decision to stay here and highly, highly recommend this property for doing so.

Spectacular!! Dream come true!

Absolutely stunning home looking out on the incredible turquoise waters of Exuma! Private beach, clean house, easy communication and kind and helpful house manager, best time snorkeling, relaxing in the pool, and enjoying the beautiful and spacious home! Everything was PERFECT!! We celebrated our grandmothers 90th birthday and will cherish our memories here forever! Cannot wait to return!

Wife's Birthday Trip

We had 10 adults stay at the property for my wife's 40th birthday, and it will be one our favorite memories of all time. The owners and property manager were both great with communication and ensuring our trip was the best possible experience. The App created by the owners is one of the most impressive and helpful services. We used MANY of the recommendations listed on the app including a private chef at the house (chef Tevin), on-site massages (Exuma Mobile Massage & Yoga), taxi services (Gully) and booked a boat tour (50 Shades of Blue), . All of which were great recommendations. The house was beautiful, the beach was beautiful, the pool & deck were beautiful. We enjoyed every part of our trip, and hope to return.

The best vacation house ever

We absolutely loved our stay at this house!! It was fabulous from top to bottom. Sam the property manager was so attentive and went above and beyond to make my mom feel special for her 70th bday. They were all so communicable and responded super quickly. My mom said it was the best birthday ever! The house was exquisite, and had a great location. We loved the guidebook that came with it too for things to do and taxi services. We will be back for sure!!!!!
