I immediately went to the reception and reported the issue. I was told that the hotel is pet-friendly, and receptionist came and removed the feces. However, the situation became even worse — later, I found more feces in another area of the room. This clearly shows a serious lack of cleanliness and proper housekeeping...

'This place was perfect for us. It's located in a nice neighborhood, the neighbors were friendly, and the owners were hospitable and communicative. We stayed during Christmas and the hosts even took the time to put up a tree and some decorations. '
