'This hotel itself is substandard. The overall condition of the building is just sad. She is a tired old building that should be totally refurbished. On top of that, the "breakfast" was prepackaged muffins, ugly fruit... instant scrambled eggs. The counters in the breakfast area were disgusting and sticky. The person who checked us in was outstanding. She was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and kind. A wonderful ambassador for the hotel. '

'Male hair everywhere in the bathroom. Bath tub was clogged so hair and water kept coming up during showering. Got offered another room as solution tho, but i already unpacked everything and didnt want to put the effort in changing room. ATM machine in the hotel wasnt functioning. The halls smells weird sometimes to indian food. Staff is kind, internet is very fast, parking is free and very accesible. Breakfast is included but you will get plastic plates and cutlery. Im satisfied with the price'

'For a quick night's stay, it was wonderful. My daughter and I were close to the venue we needed to be at, and it was relaxing. The only thing I was not expecting was checking in by ourselves; that was a first for me.

'I would like a refund. I ended up paying for a room we didn't use, because the cancellation period was no longer applicable once (24 hours before arrival), and the pictures provided of the property did NOT represent what we saw and experienced.
There were a number of safety concerns that made this hotel unworkable for us. The side door (where we were told to park as it was closest to our room) had an electronic key lock for security, but it was propped open and didn't close properly when I...
