'Not very happy with accomodations.. To begin, the staff were always speaking their native language (not english) with each other while helping guests checking in and out. I feel that's kind of disrespectful to the customers and leaves guests unsure about what's being said. Also the parking lot had tables ,chairs and other large items scattered around the dumpster. Only one of the USB outlets in the room had power not happy with that. Also, I was charged my deposit that I should have been...

'Has no pool or spa…when asked about the listing saying it did the hotel staff simply said they don’t. Only 2 towels when 4 people in a double queen room…towels ripped and worn Breakfast was not maintained and no staff around…juice was out, waffle mix empty, no butter just a couple piece of white toast.'

'We stayed 2 nights because we wanted to see Salt Lake City. The city is nice but this hotel the worst we had in our 2 weeks trip to the US. Especially corridors were dirty. The whole hotel did smell uncomfortable.'

'No pool. The rooms are extremely dirty. One housekeeper was extremely rude to me when I reported I found a bed bug in my bed. She came in yelling at me and tossing the sheets around after I had already given the bug in tissue to the man at the front desk. The lampshades were covered in filth as well as many other issues.'

'Many things were just annoying. Both of us were locked in the bathroom and could not get our. We were moved to another room and the bathroom had no lock. Shower head dripped continuously, fan button on the air conditioner was broken off. The breakfast was one of the worst I have had in any hotel. Stale bread, rubbery eggs, undercooked bacon. Not a horrible stay but not good either.'
