'5 day stay...skiing the area... Good budget hotel but one day they did not clean the room!! That was a shame. For me the bed was too soft so... Overall...good budget hotel.'

'Despite having a specific room booked 10+ days in advance, the hotel staff called me a few hours before check in to inform me that the room had been overbooked. They asked to call me back so they could see what they could do. They didn't call back. After an hour, I called them and was asked to wait for their call which would be in a few minutes. They didn't call back. I had traveled from out of state and began to panic a bit of not having an accommodation large enough for the family. I called...

'This is a good hotel for the price. I would give it a 7 out of 10. Rooms are clean. Bed was a king which I wasn’t expecting and was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms have started to be updated. New floor, new toilet, new counter and sink. Bathtub/shower need to be next. Fire alarm went off at midnight which wasn’t what I was looking for. Lots of good parking. Nice and close to all kinds of food options. Only a few minutes off of I-15. I would stay again'

'This place is a dive. Worn-out rooms, not clean, uncomfortable bed, etc. Look elsewhere.'

'We stayed 2 nights because we wanted to see Salt Lake City. The city is nice but this hotel the worst we had in our 2 weeks trip to the US. Especially corridors were dirty. The whole hotel did smell uncomfortable.'

'Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.'
