'Nice, a bit cooler being in the basement with no way to control heat except for space heaters which we had to use regularly to bring temperature above 62.Many steps into basement(13) so would not recommend if you can’t do stairs well,door opens into steps which is awkward too.Furniture and bed was very comfortable.Kitchen was well equipped also.'

Lots of rooms, beds were comfortable, open floor plan, AC kept the house nice and cold, hot water for showers stayed hot while lots of showers were being taken. Master bathroom/shower was on the small side but is to be expected for an older updated home. Inside of home is updated and looks much nicer than the outside so don’t let that make your decision.
