'The property is in a convenient location to BYU/Provo/Orem. The house was very clean. Had some difficulties getting logged in to one of the TVs, but the other worked fine. Traffic noise is present from the south side bedrooms, but not so much in the north side bedrooms. AC works very well, though not very balanced between upstairs and down (warm upstairs, very chilly downstairs). Overall a good value.'
