'This has been my go-to hotel whenever I visit SLC--over 25 years. It never loses its appeal. Quiet, beautiful & close to the Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. There is an excellent creekside walking/running trail across the street. Good local services and restaurants nearby. The Residence Inn is close to a handy freeway entrance. So it's about15 minutes to the University of Utah and 20-30 minutes from downtown or the airport.'

'Love this place. Only thing was some of the restaurants like the sushi restaurant were closed. Went downtown instead. Everyone was very friendly. Loved sitting by the big fire in the morning with my coffee. '

'Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.'

'Terrific new hotel located up on the mountain next to a new ski lift. Features large, thoughtful, and highly improved units. The hotel also has a nice pool area and gym. The on-site garage is large and offers easy access. The site is in close proximity to historic downtown Park City, which is a short drive away … As is the Deer Valley ski resort.'
