'Yes, the host was welcoming. However, it was a little overwhelming. Immediately following my reservation, I got seven emails. That was a lot. When we arrived, it was difficult to see the house number and we weren't sure we were at the right house. The whole place looked deserted. There was one outside light on - on the left side. We were supposed to enter on the right. There were solar lights a long the sidewalk which were all broken. When we got to the top of the stairs, there wasn't a light...

'Beautiful place to stay in Downtown Provo. Well maintained. Walking distance to Center Street; accessible to everything. The host was super friendly, very welcoming, and they kept open communication. Highly recommend, and we would book there again!'

'We had a great stay at this property. The host was very responsive to messages, the property was clean and well decorated. Access the pool and pickleball court was great. The location is ideal as shopping and restaurants are near by. We would definitely stay again. '

'The house was clean and satisfactory. The host need to get back to people sooner when their is a problem. We had a problem with the door lock and they never responded for 5 hours. We just figured it out ourselves. The towels were still wet in the cupboard so we reset them ourselves. My bed was great it was brand new. They might want to consider putting mattresses covers on them to keep them clean for others. As someone who runs a hotel people can have accidents and that is a big safety net. '
