I contemplated giving a review because of our experience and how frustrating it was from the moment we tried checking in. The door code was incorrect. We couldn’t get inside after traveling all day and just wanting to settle in. We didn’t hear back from the property management for 30 minutes when we tried multiple forms of communication via VRBO app resulting in us, leaving to go use a restroom at a restaurant from there after getting back from a grocery store and being able to check in the place was a mess. It hadn’t ever been cleaned from the previous people staying! It’s spiraled and the entire weekend was so stressful when we came into town for a business event and we didn’t have much time as it was and we had to continuously deal with the disappointment of how this beautiful space was unacceptable upon us checking in on top of it. There was an awful fish odor that the cleaners couldn’t get out of the kitchen and they had to keep coming back to try to fix it. Overall, I was just very disappointed because we were really looking forward to this location with all the other reviews.
