'We will never stay here again. We arrived for a late check in on Friday evening and was NEVER informed before or during check in that the elevator was out. We are 70+ years old and our room was on the 3rd floor. The buffet was subpar at best with only one apple available. This was 8:30 am and the buffet ran until 10. 'The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly. I slipped and bruised my shin pretty bad while trying to get in the shower. So, be very careful when getting in the shower!
