'Everything was great about the property itself, especially the location with the walk to the high street and the start of the shops only taking a minute or 2. The only drawback I could find, and I'm nit picking, is the stairs are right at the front door which might be tricky for some people. Parking on busy days/weekends might be tricky.'

'A wonderful cosy, quirky cottage, deep in the Kent countryside. Ideal location for walking dog owners, a couple looking for a romantic break or friends. Perfect for a short winter break. Lovely log burner. Relaxing and peaceful. A word of warning, very steep stairs. Felt like we were on a boat at times as the floors upstairs slope so much. This place has real character though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, seeing the New Year in. Highly recommend.'

'We loved everything about our stay in Mafeking. The house, the garden and Benenden are all beautiful. Mafeking is a great choice for familys, there are plenty of toys and a lovely playground nearby. We extended our stay because we loved it that much and had a very friendly and accommodating experience with the costumer service. 'We had a very nice stay. In the cottage all the utensils you could wish for are there. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs S. Who informed us about a very nice garden we could visit and a small church in Tudely where Marc Chagall made 12 very beautiful glass windows. Rochester is a beautiful city, with many old tipacally English houses, an impressive castle and cathedral, on the Medway. The only difficulty for us Dutch people, was the trafic in the area, so fast and so many roundabouts. '
