'We checked in and checked out!! The lobby/hallway smelled of weed. The pool was dirty, the room was filthy… leftover food in the fridge, hair on the sheets, broken furniture, stained carpet, the bathroom had not been cleaned, fake eyelashes on the tv stand. Hotel manager would not come down to the lobby to speak to us and refund our money. Expedia customer support was of no help.'

'It was busy but Tywana is very friendly and helpfull. We arrived a little late and the pool was about to close but my sons were able to go in the pool and she even bring them some exta towels'
