'I was so disappointed, the airport shuttle is non existent. We had to ask every shuttle if they know where that one was, we ended up taking the shuttle for the hotel across the street and had to walk through a ditch with 4 suitcases and across the street, there was nobody at desk when we checked in and 2 other people waiting. 'There is no airport shuttle as advertised. The front desk doesn't answer the phone and is not helpful. There's a weird smell'

'The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved.'
