De buurt:
Het centraal gelegen appartement ligt op een paar minuten lopen van de universiteit en het Walton Arts Center, en op 10 minuten van Fayetteville Downtown Square. Wandel naar de paden in het gebied, restaurants, ambachtelijke brouwcafés, foodtrucks, boerenmarkt en live muziek.

Zich verplaatsen:
We bevinden ons op loopafstand van zoveel plaatsen! Maar voor degenen onder u die graag op loopafstand gaan, is een Uber of een Lyft een eitje.

Andere dingen om op te merken:
We zijn gevestigd 5 verdiepingen BOVEN Dickson Street. Vanwege dit geluid kan zeker een probleem zijn, zoals bij elke plaats in Dickson Street. Vanwege dit hebben we de flat voorzien van een lawaaimachine en hebben we altijd wegwerp oordopjes op voorraad voor gasten!

Interactie met gasten:
De hele plaats is helemaal van jou! U zult te allen tijde absolute privacy hebben, maar we wonen slechts enkele minuten verwijderd voor het geval u iets nodig heeft. We reageren zeer snel via sms, telefoon of Airbnb-berichten.

U of A visit

The check in instructions were easy to follow. Using an outside link complicated things. I forgot my phone in the VRBO and we couldn’t get back inside because the door code was on my phone. We were able to contact VRBO for assistance and they were able to send us the outside link for the property on a family members phone so we could get the code and get back inside. Communication with the property manager was friendly.

Dad’s weekend

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the stadium and all the restaurants/barts. Decor was really cool and we had a great time. Parking was right in front of the entrance which is paramount when you are traveling to visit your college age kids with a 3 year old. Pizza place on the first floor was awesome. You get what you pay for and we could have stayed somewhere less expensive but the location and ease being able to walk to everywhere was well worth it!!

Short getaway

Amazing location. The only knock and I mean only knock was that they are doing construction next door. So from 9am to 5pm it’s nothing but air chisel noises. But I’m sure they will be done soon

Great Place and Location

This is the second time I have stayed in the Lux--it is perfect for one person or another like my daughter who stayed one night on the twin daybed. It can be a little noisy so the sound machine was appreciated and they might want to add another for the daybed area. The host was nice enough to include K-cups and a bottle of Josh wine. The best part of this place is the location, security, and parking spot. I would stay here again.

Great for Solo Traveler

,Great place if you don't feel you need to cook. Get sandwich items or eat in numerous restaurants nearby. Bed was comfy for one, but with 2 people somebody is going to be crawling over someone to get out, or I guess you might see this as a plus :). Note: On VRBO Amenities it says it has a fireplace. anagement told me when I called it is a "Non-working fireplace". I booked with the plan of using the fireplace so this was a disappointment, but not enough to ding them from a 5 star rating. As for noise, take you own White Noise machine. You might need a better machine than they provide. You will be sleeping right on Dickson Street
