'This house was so comfortable and located perfectly to visit with my college kids. We cooked out using the grill and also the kitchen for some meals and it was perfect. The living room furniture was accommodating for 4 of us to watch a movie but any more than that and you will want blankets and pillows to out on the floor. Located close to a neighborhood market so made grocery pick up easy as well.'

'The house was very clean and in a convenient location. Host was accommodating for a later checkout and provided a number to be called for any assistance. Parking was a little tight for a full size pickup truck, but was managed easily. Great place to stay.'

'The property was spacious and had “the start” of everything you need for a 4 night stay. Nice deck … wish we could have enjoyed it but temps were in 30’s in evening. Washer, dryer (full size), dishwasher. Comfortable beds … we drove so we brought our own pillows and glad we did, they furnished hair dryers(2), shampoo, conditioner and body wash (all full size ), Roku on tv. We had a small incident with the coffee maker but the property manager had a very nice Keurig delivered the following...

'Me and my family were in Fayetteville for a winter break and to look at properties in the area. This was quite a gem. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is well decorated and has the essentials you need for the first day. We had great communication with the property host. I would stay here again in the future if we are back in the area.'
