'Excellent new hotel '

'We absolutely loved our stay! The accommodation was beautifully presented, immaculately clean, and excellent value for money. The owners were so warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The generous continental breakfast was a lovely touch. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend due to proximity to the city.'

'Parking was easy. Check-in was difficult as hours were limited and their phones didn’t work to discuss later check-in arrangements. Check out was 10:00, but was asked to return the keys by 9:30.. Room was cute and historic looking. Breakfast is lack lustre. Real eggs and butter vs “spread” would have made all the difference. Similar priced, but nicer places are nearby. Look around first. '

'The room was lovely and clean and well equipped. Rebecca was incredibly helpful. The Thai Cafe on Level LG was a great place for breakfast. Brilliant if visiting the hospital. A lovely stay.'

'The reception staff was bright and caring and ready to assist with all our needs. The only down side was that there was nothing in our room to tell us where to eat or best places to eat close to the accomodation. Other than that I would stay there again if I needed to be in that area.'

'Not easy to check in, can't access lobby , need to ring to get let in. Room could do with a deep clean, carpet very stained , no dish wishing cloth. Good location with pub,cafeteria and shopping centre right at your door step'
