'The grounds are very nice and we had great looks at a ton of really cool birds during our stay. There were some issues in the bathroom with a water leak and bad smell but we kept the door shut and put down some towels. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were good overall. The pool is very nice and quite unique. I would love to stay here again!'

'We had an amazing stay at Mia Tulum! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. A special thank you to Francisco, Anna, Carlos, and Antonio—each of them went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.
Our room was consistently spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority throughout the property. The amenities were well-maintained, and even the shared spaces and restrooms were always very clean, which we really appreciated.

'When you enter the property; amazing! very beautiful. However if you market yourself as a family friendly hotel and you cannot offer hot water at night for a formule bottle, or any baby friendly food, im not very sure. The first we got with our 15 months old had a bathroom outside, without any closed of door. We asked for an upgrade (which we paid) as we thought it would have a bathtub. Seemed it was not connected but just put as decoration. Strange. Simply put; rooms were a bit too primitive...

'We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. The only things we'd have changed was to have the bar and/or restaurant open later so we could grab apps or drinks in the evenings. We were also quite confused...
