Premier Inn-accommodaties in Felixstowe

'When I arrived, there was nobody at reception. I went and looker for someone to help me check in. I was referred to the computers in the lobby. However, I wasn’t able to check in via that method. I went back to the staff and then they finally helped me. I booked the hotel through hotels.com and thus wasn’t able to check in via the computers. Thankfully after that, everything went better. They were very helpful in helping us find parking and the stay itself was good. The staff was very friendly...

'Very nice location close to the harbour and ferry. Restaurant with an adequate menu for hotel guests only. Room has no airco but a fan instead.'

'Good hotel'

'Ontzettend vriendelijke medewerkers. Heerlijk ontbijt. Lekker bed.'

'The breakfast was not free, it was £11 each and they had a good variety '

'heel praktisch met bar / restaurant ernaast'

'Place was clean and lovely and staff very helpful. I would’ve loved to have found out what the “meal deal” was in the lounge though. And no air conditioning so our room was sooooo hot at night. We had a fan that helped but was so hard to sleep. I understand it’s not the hotels fault but yeah it wasn’t as hot outside anymore it seemed to retain the heat from the last few months still'

'Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Great location and breakfast was great!'
