'This place is not well maintained or as described. We could not get the boiler running without letting water splurt everywhere in order to refill it. One of the mattresses has a massive rip in it and doesn't look clean. There were not enough plates for nine guests to eat off and only four or five forks. The door handle to the toilet was broken, we repaired it the best we could so it is in better shape than when we left. The top oven has the inner glass missing which is not safe and the bottom...

'It’s a very warm and welcoming place and Louise and her husband were just lovely. Breakfast piping hot and coooked to order - rooms are spacious and comfortable and I slept so very well. '
