'Last year when we stayed here, we had a beautiful room with everything in good repair and everything was clean. This year, the toilet paper holder was broken, things weren’t quite as clean as they were last time, and it took a really long time for the air-conditioning to cool the room.'

'The room was nice. Wished the fan could cut off. There was so much humidity in the room tho, the floor was damp, the sheets felt damp as well. Probably need dehumidifiers in the rooms. The staff was great though. The first room we were assigned had a clogged bathroom sink so they moved us to a new room.'

'The staff stood out as everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers and the breakfast lady went out of their way to greet and ask about any concerns. The room amenities were a little disappointing, but the overall experience distanced that. I think you will pay much less than a full service hotel with their upgraded amenities, but the price difference equals or exceeds the slightly different amenities provided by a much more expensive hotel.'
