'This hotel is just outside Jacksonville airport on Duvall Road. They offer parking on site for a duration of your trip(for a fee) as well as shuttle service too and from the airport. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it was perfect for my early morning flight the next day I would use Hyatt place again.'

'The property is nice. The spa was fantastic. We did a couples massage for our 25th anniversary. It was sublime. Mamosas and chocolate covered strawberries included. Time are well maintained and staff was helpful with any issues we ran into. There were some renovations going on while we we're there which took away from the ambience. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the property amenities.'
