'It’s my most favorite Riad in all of Morocco! I doubt I’ll ever find a more wonderful team of people who go above and beyond to make everyone’s stay most enjoyable. Believe me when I say they helped me tremendously. I had a booking snag and they accommodated me without hesitation and helped coordinate my travel back to the airport at 3:30am. The Riad is more beautiful in person. Everything is clean. The customer service is the best. I’ll always return to Riad Joy when I travel to Fez/Fes....

'J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à l’Alibaba Riad à Fès. La décoration a beaucoup de caractère, avec un charme authentique qui rend l’endroit vraiment spécial. La grande salle située en hauteur, sur la terrasse, est particulièrement agréable et donne encore plus de personnalité au riad.
