Amazing stay
I arrived in Fes late in the evening. After an awful flight I was received very well in the hotel. Very nice host, who speaks English, Arabic, French and Spanish. I was brought traditional Moroccan tea and sweets and they treated me like family. Since I arrived very late in the evening I didn't eat anything. I asked someone from the staff if there was another restaurant outside the hotel. He guided me through the old part of town and showed me many restaurants where I could eat. Amazing helpful and nice staff, the owner always asks me if everything is fine and if I need something. They have a terrace at the roof which you can visit whenever you like. I visited it every night. It's still warm but not too hot. Quite large rooms, Moroccan style. Also a TV in the room which has international channels. The breakfast was simply amazing and since they serve so many different kind of foods, there is always something you'll like. No doubt I'll return here the next time I visit Fes.

Prachtig riad!
We werden warm verwelkomd met Marokkaanse thee in dit mooie riad. De medewerkers en eigenaar zijn enorm aardig en laten je thuis voelen. Het riad is wat kleiner, maar de kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Het ontbijt was ook erg goed. Het riad ligt wat aan de rand van de medina, ongeveer 20 min van het centrum van de medina af, maar dit vonden wij geen probleem. Jammer dat we Fez zelf niets vonden, maar aan het riad lag het zeker niet! Een aanrader!

Erg fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel
Samen met een vriendin ben ik vier nachten in Dar Fes Medina verbleven. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is een klein stukje lopen van de bezienswaardigheden, maar daardoor juist in een rustiger gebied. Ik zou dit zeker aanraden.

Greeted nicely by the husband and wife duo. Very hospitable. After going out, there were a couple of times that the front door was locked and we weren't given the key to open it so had to knock to have someone open it. Breakfast is served on the roof which is nicely set up.

Very nice place that showcases beautiful tile, stucco and wood work. It is cozy and very friendly. The hotel management assists every one with their travels regardless of whether they are in or out of the City. They connected us with a Fes tour guide that walked with us through out the City and he was really good. I would definitely return to this place.

Perfect place to spend your nights in Fes. The Riad is beautiful and the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything about your stay goes well. Mohammed has a great team working for him, they often say to treat the Riad as if it is now your home and that's exactly how it is. Helpful information is avaliable and the dinner we had on our second night in the Riad was brilliant. We decided to book a tour of the medina, this allowed us to understand what we were seeing as we went round and helped us out a lot. Look no further for a place to stay in Fes.

The owner was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and there is a 24 hour service available if you need anything. Must pay in cash; which, was a huge disservice for me.

A gem!
Fantastic guest house in a quiet section of the medina, easily accessible via taxi. A 10min walk to the touristy part of the medina once you get used to finding your way, which is of course part of the adventure. Imane was fantastic and accommodating in arranging airport pickup and guided tours, and was upfront with the costs and setting expectations. She even fixed a small mess up we made with the arrival date, which would have been a big deal in a chain-hotel. Highly recommended for that personalized touch. You get the feeling that the staff really cares for the well being of the guests, which is not something we could say for the our trip to Morocco in general, where you get ripped off at every corner!

Sehr gute Lage in Fes
Das Hotel liegt an eine ruhige und sichere Nachbarschaft mit gute Restaurants die hinter hohe Wände versteckt sind! Wir waren 5 Tage in Fes und konnten alles zu Fuss erreichen! Das Personal ist immer hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Sehr schönes Hotel mit eine tolle Terrasse!

Nice Moroccan Atmosphere
Nice fairly new tourist hotel that simulates an old-fashioned "dar" or "house" by including lots of traditional Moroccan woodwork, tile and plaster-work. The "dar" also incorporated traditional Moroccan furnishings and framed, family-collected examples of Moroccan crafts. Very quiet and friendly family-run hotel. The owner sat down to greet me over a mint tea when I arrived. The room was air-conditioned and had free Wi-Fi, but the water was a little on the cold side. Very nice, decorated lounge area on the roof where one can relax and watch the birds flit from rooftop to rooftop to minaret. In the evening, one can hear life in the narrow Medina streets below - passersby conversing, children playing, babies crying, etc. Substantial free breakfast and optional Moroccan-style evening meals available. Staff also helped to arrange professional guides for the Medina and for an excursion to Meknes, Moulay Idriss and Volubilis.

Ce riad est très mignon, très joliment décoré et présente l'avantage d'être un peu à l'écart du tumulte de la médina. Les chambres ont tout le confort nécessaire (salle de bain, TV, climatisation). Je dirais que le point fort est l'équipe qui est très attentionnée et se démène pour répondre à vos demandes. Le the et les petits gâteaux gratuits sont La cerise sur le gâteau :-) Enfin, la terrasse est très agréable, au calme également, et les repas vraiment très savoureux et sains. À recommander fortement

Nous avons passé ma mère et moi un très bon séjour dans ce charmant Riad, joliment décoré, très belle chambre. Super petit déjeuner, bien copieux et délicieux. Très bon accueil, Imane la réceptionniste est à l'écoute, elle était aux petits soins avec nous, elle est adorable. Je recommande vivement ce Riad ! 페즈숙소로 강력 추천해요!! 일단 여자 둘만 여행해서 저녁 페즈 도착이 불안했는데 7유로 추가해서 안전하게 숙소앞까지 택시가 데려다줬고 주인아저씨가 마중나외주셨어요. 환영의 의미로 홈메이드 쿠키랑 차를 내주시고 간단하게 페즈에 대해 설명도 해주십니다! 3시간짜리 메디나 투어프로그램도 연결해주시는데 공식가이드를 소개해주시고 따로 호텔에서 챙기는거 없이 다이렉트로 가이드에게 2명해서 250디르함만 내면 됐어요! (여자들만 다니시면 로컬가이드랑 가시는거 추천해요.. 로컬이 없으면 상상이상의 캣콜링을 당합니다) 숙소도 정말 예쁘고 깨끗해요. 따뜻한 물도 잘나오고 에어컨이랑 와이파이도 빵빵해요!! 저녁에는 위에 테라스가 있는데 밖에 나가지 않고도 밤의 메디나를 구경할 수 있어요! 이틀전에 말하면 18유로에 모로코 현지 저녁을 숙소에서 먹을 수 있어요. 저희는 미리 말을 안해놔서 따로 추천받은 곳을 갔는데 식당에서 사람이 데리러오고 식사가 끝난 후 다시 데려다줬어요 조식은 현지빵, 버터/잼/올리브/꿀, 계란, 터피, 따뜻하게 데운 우유, 그리고 요거트를 줍니가! 페즈로 긴 여정을 떠나기전에 든든히 챙겨먹은거 같아요! 체크아웃을 하고도 흔쾌히 짐을 맡아주셨고 투어끝나고 돌아오니 또 쿠키랑 민트티까지 주셨어요. 진짜 너무 친절해요.. 마지막으로 저희가 일정이 빡빡해서 당일날 메르주가행 버스를 구히려했는데 전부 매진되어서 이러지도 저러지도 못하는 상황이었어요. 근데 숙소 주인아저씨분이 본인 친구들에게 연락을 돌려서 비교적 싼 값에 택시까지 구해주셨어요! 투어용 프라이빗 택시였어서 가는길에 관광도 할 수 있었고 에어컨도 나오는 차여서 편히 갈 수 있었습니다! (보통 관광객이 구하는 택시는 좁고 에어컨도 없고 비싸기까지한게 천운이었어요) 숙소 상태도 좋지만 주인아저씨분이 너무 친절하셔서 페즈에서 즐거운 추억을 가져가는거 같아요! 페즈에 가신다면 꼭꼭 추천합니다!
