'The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal...

'The room was fairly clean but not well stocked with essentials such as enough paper towels and additional wash clothes and towels. The stay itself was okay. There was a lot of noise during the entire stay from the floor above. It was constant and very tiring. The unit we were in was 411. '

'The front desk kiosk virtual crap was frustrating especially when it was someone with heavy accent. He was saying this charge that charge . I have a 50 dollar diposite that isn’t coming off of my card . Idk what the processing is for that but there was a 50 dollar deposit I paid . The room was gross building was hot as hell . Staff was unhelpful. Bathroom was gross . Bed had hair and debris on it and the floor too . Platter of idk what on the mirror and walls in the bathroom . '

'There was only 1 elevator and it was broken. I was forced to carry my bags to and from the 4th floor. When I requested for a lower level room I was told no. The wall sockets were loose and I had a really hard time charging my phone. Only 1 lamp worked in the room. '

'Lots of noise outside on the property. Strangers also knock on your door. This didn't always make me feel safe. The staff's friendliness could be better at times.'
