'One of my best stays at any hotel. Everyone was very friendly and generous to lend a helping hand. From the gentleman who helped us unload our car, to the staff at the check in desk, to housekeeping, to the quick delivery of towels and servicing our ice and fresh water daily. 'Wonderful style of the building'

'We had a wonderful time at this property at Georgia Tech our first time in downtown Atlanta. It was modern inviting and very convenient. The room was very comfortable and the food that we had while we were there both at the breakfast buffet and in the evening at the bar was amazing. The price is right. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.'

'The showers are a little tricky, otherwise a fabulous place to stay! Location is great and staff were exceptionally friendly! We had a major problem with Expedia and the staff on Saturday morning helped us out tremendously! There is a gentlemen named "Jack Russell" and he was so friendly as well.'

'Lobby and common areas like bug spray or some kind of pest treatment. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only staff member. There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident. The apartment was impeccably clean. 'Mooi hotel dichtbij de Mercedes Arena voor NFL games van de Falcons(2 minuten lopen) en bijv Coca Cola museum of Georgia Aquarium Wij hadden helaas een kamer naast de liften welke je extreem hoorde dus dat is geen aanrader voor het geld wat je voor de kamers betaald. Verder is de parkeermogelijkheid prima alleen wel aan de prijs voor meerdere dagen. Als je liefhebber bent van NFL neem zeker dit hotel, service is perfect en zeer schone en mooie kamers met goed uitzicht.'

'Ritz Carlton 5 star hotel BIG disappointment! Poor front desk ( they actually never answered the phone when I tried to call ) Bar and restaurant also disappoint/ ordered the Expensive Burger No pink / no blood . 'Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! '
