'The view was great from the 15th floor, but the pillows in the room were awful and there was a constant loud buzzing coming from the bathroom, that we weren't able to turn off. Tried calling reception, but the phone wasn't working either. Breakfast was mediocre for the $20 per person they were charging. '

'The toilet had poop stains in it on arrival, windows were filthy, bed was covered in stains. was kept up all night by neighbor blasting music until 3am. the peep hole was scratched so was not able to see into the hall. notified security about it all and nothing was resolved. Came there to sleep before a busy day but was unable to sleep.'

'It was nasty and the walls had holes and brackets hanging on them. The beds wasn't comfortable at all. The lamps and everything was so old it was the original ones. Just needs alot of upgrades to me. Also had kids running across their room above us all 3 nights we stayed'

'The hotel was fine if you're not expecting much, just need a place to sleep and put your bags. The surrounding area was a bit rough though but this absolutely not in any way the hotel's fault. '

'The first room they gave us had hair in the bed and flies in the bathroom. The hallway was missing ceiling tiles and leaking water to the floor. There was a strange odor. The service desk did not provide an iron or a hair dryer. Our key card stopped working and I had to get it reprogrammed, they did not validate my identity when I gave them my room number - anyone could have gotten access to my room! There was no daily housekeeping.'
