'I took a 3 day motorcycle trip to the VRBO and the views on the way were amazing. Got into town and loaded up on some groceries and settled into the small beautiful industrial home. 'This was quite possibly the best Vrbo that we've ever stayed in. I contacted the manager twice while we were there, and received immediate responses. The hospitality from the management team was outstanding. The thought put into of every detail, and what a guest would want and need, exceded our expectations. 'The inside of the house was very clean and very tastefully decorated. The view was out of this world! The one thing that we would like to note, is that prior guests left large dog poop on the balcony that was not cleaned up by the staff. In addition, there was a bag of dog poop left in front of the home. Everything else was excellent and we still appreciate it being dog-friendly.'

'Property, exactly as described, very clean, and well equipped. Great view of the lake from the porch and walking distance to an excellent coffee shop, pizza shop, and a subway. Very easy access to the lake crossing 219 and lake recreation rentals conveniently located across the street. Highly recommend and would definitely bring my family back here again. The host was easy to communicate with, check in and check out were a breeze.'

'Nice place for a weekend getaway'

'This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here...

'We had a great time, plenty of space to spread out. Only warning would be , be ready for stairs! So easy to get to the Lake House for dinner and drinks...and easy on and off 68 to get other places quickly. '

'They have excellent customer service and the host is a very kind and considerate person! We couldn’t believe the price for the area! Hands down, no one even comes close to the price! If you want a great bargain and don’t need expensive frills then I highly recommend this. It’s close to beautiful hiking trails, antique shops, outdoors sporting, parks, and some towns that aren’t too far (without paying the tourist trap prices). The tv service and WiFi were a plus.
