'This is a nice apartment but my only search parameter/filter was to have a place with A/C, and the unit doesn’t work in this apartment. I don’t believe I would have booked a place that said no A/C but the management company stated that it is in the listing (which it is now at the very end when I looked after we arrived). 'La villa est agréable, bien située pour découvrir le lac de Côme et dispose d'une vue epoustouflante dont on ne se lasse pas. Tout semblait reuni pour passer une bonne semaine de vacances entre amis. Au bout de 2 jours nous decouvrons que le lave linge ne fonctionne pas , puis le lave- vaisselle tombe en panne. 'This is the most beautiful home I have ever seen. The views are breathtaking, the hosts were amazingly helpful, and the house itself is unbelievably nice. This is a 5 star plus property. The kids loved the pool, we loved the gardens. And it is an easy bus ride to Bellagio, the most beautiful city on earth. I cannot say enough to explain how extremely gracious and blessed we were to stay at this property.'
