'Gigantic property! Very cool old chateau feel with the doors, keys & furniture. Remote location in Tuscany. The check-in was a little challenging, as GPS did not bring us to the correct location, but we eventually figured it out. The owners live next door, so they were available for questions, but that means it is a shared backyard with the owners. The kitchen did not have any paper products, such as paper towels or napkins, nor were there any kitchen towels to dry dishes with. Still a...

'Het is een prachtig, goed onderhouden, ruim huis met alle voorzieningen en een beschutte tuin en het was een heerlijke plek om Toscane te ontdekken. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst en uitgebreide uitleg. Er was later een probleempje met een airco en dat werd na melding via whatsapp onmiddellijk opgepakt en verholpen.'

'We stayed for 24 days and everything was excellent! Caterina began a monthly video conference with us 6 months prior to arriving to answer questions, suggest tour guides, arrange transfers, and facilitate our stay. She arranged a chef on 5 of our nights, 9 breakfasts, and all of the food was exceptional! Our adult children planned for us to renew our wedding vows celebrating 50 years. Caterina arranged for the chef and a wonderful dinner, a duo who provided music, an officiant, and a...

'Prachtige locatie met heerlijk zwembad. De hond is ook welkom.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The kids loved the layout, and we were very comfortable!'

'We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix...

'RUN as fast as you can. Booked this place and left hours after. Here is why:1. It is actually part of a commune. Numerous other building that don't appear in pictures or description on VRBO2. There are 2 separate units. One up, One down. Require separate entrance3. Downstairs bathroom flooded. Owner admits to a broken pipe in the wall, so says use the other 2 upstairs. So, go outside, upstairs, unlock the door to use the bathroom in the middle of the night? We decide to sleep upstairs with the...

'What a beautiful villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tuscan countryside. All rooms were comfortable and large. We were surprised by the lack of body soap and shampoo.'
